Rainy Thursday

Thursday morning things are going all right but could be better. It is raining here and it is cold.

My job is beginning to suck really badly at least for today and in a major way. The phucking telephone keeps ringing and it’s not even my phucking line that keeps ringing. However, I have to answer it because it has been transferred to my line. Man that is a serious pain. Enough of that stuff for now - bitching about it is not going to make it any better.

So I want to see a movie or go out with this girl I know. But we can't ever seem to get things worked out to go out. Either she’s working or I'm at work. Nothing is working out and it’s driving me batty. She is really attractive and fun to do stuff with, the few times we have done things together it has been with a ton of other people. Well that’s it for now

Number One

Well this is entry number one.

How do you begin something?

One of the greatest challenges for anyone is making a first step into the unknown.

So here it is into the unknown.

STEP

I’m sitting at my desk looking out into the computer land wondering where all my friends are, they are usually online and I am talking to one of them but not today. Now that I have a few moments to spare I thought I would begin a new thing.

To anyone who happens to find this, Hello.

I just finished the book “Red Dragon” by Thomas Harris. I wanted to read "Hannibal" but knew the author had other books so naturally I had to start with number one. I am now reading "Silence of the Lambs". So far there are only a very few things in the book that are different from the movie. I really like reading books much better than seeing the movies.
Yet, I watch entirely too many movies and read far too few books.

I am working on changing that. Anyway that is it for now.
