Knowing which witch is which is tricky

There are so many positive messages out there in the world and facebook and other sites are able to bring the wisdom of the ages and sages to your very doorstep, neigh right to your hearth. All of this wisdom stating happiness (without the y), tolerance, strength, serenity, peace and love for all the worlds people without regard to anything or a word specific to the reader.

It is truly knowledge for all to have and to use in their lives.

The tricky part is that all of this takes work and ….spoiler alert …. Just thinking it and wanting it is not going to get it for you no matter who told you that Secret.

Now some of you will think, oh poo sha there goes the invisible kid being glass half empty, but like I always say a box of shit wrapped in Christmas paper is still a box of shit.

There is a practical side to knowledge, that the witticisms do not included in their sayings. Some will offer some indication that this is not so easily obtained, while others just blissfully spout on about the positive without regard for the pragmatic side.

It takes more than just saying things for them to be true and there will always be people who want to firetruck things up for you because they are to busy do thing there thing and well you my friend are in their way. So the hell with you is what they say. Just like another bit of wisdom, “Here is to the health and wealth of those who love me and know me well, the rest of you can go straight to hell.”

It is a “dog eat dog” world out there and finding peace, happiness and all that other stuff out there that people say they want, that they really, really, want (yes it is an homage to the spice girls) may not actually be what the want.

Because what we want may not be popular so we don’t want to seem un cool, or it may not be altruistic and we don’t want to appear to be selfish and greedy even though we are all a little bit.

Even when we wish for things we want it to fit within the shallowness of our preconceived notions of what it should be.

Probably isn’t going to happen the way that we want it to happened and how many times have we passed up happiness, joy, peace, serenity and the lot of it because it wasn’t presented in a way that we expected it to be. Like I said before, a box of shit wrapped in Christmas paper is still a box of shit. Sure it looks bright and shiny under the tree and hell it may be bigger than the rest of the boxes, it is still a box of shit and unless you are going to make the earth healthier for crops you don’t want a box of shit.

But well all fall for the same things over and over again. We build up barriers to our own success or there are those in the world who will only be happy if you fail.

Sorry that is just the way it is, not to throw mud at your rose colored glasses but that is the simple truth of it. Now there are ways around all the obstacles and trap and annoying people but it takes work and what you are looking for may not look like you think it will look like, so pay attention the best things may already be at your doorstep.

I keep making a typo today when ever I type it, Freud would have something interesting to say about that and I would have to say. You know Ziggy you are correct, a single scoop only though, please.
