WTF Wednesday #16

This is a WTF entry that I’ve been thinking about for a while, which I’m not really sure qualifies as a WTF but as it is my thing if I say it does it does.

It’s good to be the king


Every guy who has ever been in a relationship has done some thing their significant other has wanted

Well maybe not every guy, a lot of guys… ok a few guys… ok there was something moving in the bush.

One of the things that guys will be asked to do is watch something or other that woman are into watching. We don’t want to watch them but we do because you ask us to do it and no matter how into it we seem to be, we would rather be watching grass grow most of the time.

The one and only exception to this is … no not Twilight… life time movies. Now we don’t want watch these at all but there is something about these that put you into a hypnotic trance and then two hours later you are like man what the hell was that but you didn’t move.

You have to move in that brief window of opportunity because Lifetime will PIP the credits down and start the next movie and if you don’t run when you can you are sucked in again.

It’s a horrible trap.

Now you may think, hey if I watch enough of these with my girlfriend, wife, whomever I’ll understand them better.

The answer to that idea is a solid No you won’t. You’ve just been the victim of some hypnotic beam that traps you one the sofa.

The thing is that you’ll be watching these and they all seem to have Valerie who used to be married to Eddie Van Halen, Cynthia Gibb and that one lady who was one that one show, no not that one the other one, yeah that one.

Thing is you feel the same way after every movie, what the hell just happened and it’s like two hours later. But there you are and you look over at your significant other and smile and she smiles back but you still are like WTF just happened.


In other news

There was other news but I don’t remember what it was so there is no other news today.
